Kundalini Vinyasa Tantra is a blend of various styles I have been studying for the past 25 years. I weave together elements of Viniyoga, energization exercises, and short simple Kundalini kriyas, to create focused short practices to balance your nervous system, cultivate better energy, and be present in an embodied way. These short yoga sets are my offering to you- to make a part of your daily rituals for waking up, for transitioning from day to evening, or whenever you need a short pick me up.

Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, offers a way to focus your attention inward. It offers so many health benefits including relaxation, nervous system regulation, mental calm, can help with insomnia, pain, aggravated emotions.
