  • Ellen Hair

Ellen began dreaming about becoming a therapist from a young age. What started in childhood as a love for listening expanded into a passion for trauma-informed modalities and advocacy. Ellen received her Master of Arts in Counseling and is licensed as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). Ellen is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting. Additionally, Ellen incorporates somatic elements to further strengthen the mind/body connection. Above all, Ellen meets her clients with empathy, compassion, and respect.

In working together, I can help you and support you in finding grounding in your life and light in your heart. I am not selling you a ticket to the Promised Land; I am inviting you to lean on me in order for you to get back on your own feet. The quality of our life depends on trusty relationships, our awareness of ourselves, and our sense of wholeness.

I am here to help you with all of that. My approach is mindful, somatic, and heart-centered. It all starts with you committing to yourself and joining me for a free conversation where we can meet and see how we can work together.

  • Dinesha Wickramarachchi

DI am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a South East ethnic background and Buddhist faith who is bilingual in Sinhalese. I have experience working with children, adults, and families with wide range of emotional issues, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and stress.

As we know, life is full of obstacles, which can hinder a person from living their life to the fullest. I work with individuals, couples and families that struggle with conflicts that have lowered the quality of life they are living. In a safe and a compassionate space, together we look at the obstacles, find solutions, and lower the suffering to a more fulfilling experiencing of self and relationships. My treatment approach consisted of more of holistic approach where I look at the core issues and context that are contributing to the struggle or the conflict.

I use CBT/DBT, EMDR and Brainspotting as therapeutic modalities.
